Privacy policy

This site is published by Stichting SGS Benelux, a Dutch foundation registered with the Chamber of Commerce under KvK number 41064217 and recognised by the Dutch Tax Authority as an ANBI (Public Benefit Organisation). The site is hosted in the European Union and processes data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect only the information you choose to provide. The contact form on the Press and Contact page collects your name, email address, and your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not share it with third parties and we delete it once the enquiry has been fully handled, unless we have a legitimate reason to keep it longer (for example, an ongoing programming conversation).

This site sets one cookie. It records your chosen language (Dutch or English) so you do not have to choose again on every visit. The cookie expires after one year. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

We do not use tracking cookies. We use a privacy-respecting analytics service (Plausible Analytics) that does not set cookies and does not collect personal information.

Embedded videos from YouTube and Vimeo are loaded only when you click play. Until then, no third-party cookies are set.
