    About Stichting SGS Benelux

    Stichting SGS Benelux is the Dutch foundation that operates this website and organises the concerts of Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji in the Benelux region. Elsewhere in the world, concerts are organised by sister organisations.

    Mission

    Stichting SGS Benelux is the Dutch foundation that organises the concerts of Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji in the Benelux region and stewards this website. Our work is volunteer-led: presenting Sri Swamiji’s music for meditation in concert halls across the Benelux, and keeping a public record of a touring history that began in Amsterdam in July 1987.

    Who organises the concerts

    Sri Swamiji’s concerts are organised by a network of independent, volunteer-led organisations. Each looks after its own region.

    All of these organisations collaborate with each other when necessary.

    ANBI status

    The foundation is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK 41064217 and is recognised as an Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling (ANBI) by the Dutch Tax Authority. Donations from Dutch tax residents are therefore tax-deductible within the limits set by the Belastingdienst. The foundation does not pay its board, and any surplus is applied to future concerts and to the upkeep of this archive.
